FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains frame with horizontal plate and vertical plate. Base for film provided vertically on horizontal plate of the mentioned frame, located opposite to vertical plate and containing facilities for continuous film transportation. Provided on vertical plate feeding unit which moves horizontally between pulled out and drawn in position along horizontal first axis running vertically in parallel to vertical plane and containing two levers for film holding and transportation. Pulling device moving horizontally in the direction parallel to the first axis and facing feeding unit, containing facilities for film horizontal pulling out from film base into position in the direction parallel to the first axis for holding by feeding unit. Near the first axis and between feeding unit and film base cutting device is provided which faces feeding unit and contains facilities for film cutting into sections.

EFFECT: cost saving, required area reduction, reduction of rejects amount and efficiency improvement.
