FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: mould comprises the first and second parts attached to each other, and the third part. The third part has a casting mould cavity which specifies the axis (Y'), and is adapted to be attached to the first surface of casting mould support frame as a unit. The second part located between the third part and the first part is adapted to move along the mentioned axis to close or open the cavity. The first part contains a longitudinal rod adapted to glide along the mentioned axis (Y') through the second surface of the support frame, located opposite and at some distance from the first surface. The second part is equipped with a guide frame containing the first plate with a through-hole through which a longitudinal rod may pass and is configured to rest upon the mentioned second surface. The second part is equipped with parallel guide rods, with their first ends attached to the first plate, and with their second ends - to the mentioned structure. The second part is equipped with a node sliding within the mentioned framework, with its first end attached to the rod by quick-release coupling, and containing a press at its second end, sliding inside the structure and specifying the first complementary cavity component. The structure is equipped with two half couplings and is configured in such a way that together with the press it specifies cam system for opening and closing two half couplings, which, when closed, limit the second complementary cavity component.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the casting mould.
