FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used to drive vehicles. Proposed method consists in that head-on airflow comes via at least one intake hole and via air duct into turbine mounted at the central rotary part of wind intake that changes into modular air duct. Six-vane turbine has multiple pockets-chambers, while modular air duct is divided into passages with their outlets extending to both sides of vehicle.

EFFECT: rejecting ICE running on hydrocarbon fuel to add to improvement of ecology.
