Fins of the wind receiver have the curvilinear profile and are made with the provision, when the airflow moves along the ribs, of the air masses motion direction changes from horizontal to the vertical one, and the angle of orientation of the ribs to the incoming airflow changes from 0 to 90 ° from the bottom up, where the aerodynamic turbine consists of one movable multi-bladed propeller, which is rigidly fixed on the vertical rack.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of vortex formation and reduction of aerodynamic losses.
