FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to alternative power engineering. Wind power plant consisting of the ball-shaped body fixed to the vertical rack, the lower part of which is the wind receptacle, which contains ribs and guide surfaces, providing the flow of air from the bottom to the upper part of the body, and separated by the annular fairing from the top part, which is made in the form of a smooth streamlined hemisphere, at the same time, the aerodynamic turbine and the electric generator on permanent magnets are also fixed on the rack, which has the electrical connection to the battery. Fins of the wind receiver have the curvilinear profile and are made with the provision, when the airflow moves along the ribs, of the air masses motion direction changes from horizontal to the vertical one, and the angle of orientation of the ribs to the incoming airflow changes from 0 to 90 ° from the bottom up, where the aerodynamic turbine consists of one movable multi-bladed propeller, which is rigidly fixed on the vertical rack.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of vortex formation and reduction of aerodynamic losses.
