FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal power plants used in power engineering, metallurgy and chemical industry. Technical result is achieved by the fact that fuel burner of the plant is equipped with spray-type box made in the form of a hollow cylinder with an inlet branch pipe at the top under the cover plate; to the hole made in the centre of the cover plate there rigidly installed is fuel atomiser along vertical axis, which is made in the form of a cyclone the housing of which at the bottom is cone-shaped, and at the tip - cylinder-shaped; to fuel atomiser there rigidly attached is inlet tangential branch pipe at the angle equal to α'=24° to horizontal tangent line to upper part of cyclone inside which along central axis there installed is working electrode made in the form of metal pin with needles attached by four needles at angle β=90° to each other in horizontal plane throughout the height of the pin of working electrode inside fuel atomiser, and tightly fixed through central through electrical insulator in the hole made in the centre of the cover plate of fuel atomiser; air pipeline is equipped with oxidiser supply fan; before inlet of oxidiser supply fan to air pipeline there installed is oxidiser flow sensor and control valve, and between oxidiser flow sensor and inlet of oxidiser supply fan to air pipeline there connected is steam supply pipeline.
EFFECT: development of fuel combustion plant which is reliable in operation so that high efficiency factor is obtained during fuel combustion.
