SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of electrical engineering. Electric instrument comprises body, where a button is provided as arranged with the possibility to occupy pull-out position and sunk position, gripping mechanism, with which the button interacts, comprising selector accessible from the outside of the body and arranged with the possibility to occupy the first position corresponding to configuration of instrument bistable condition, in which button is alternatively retained in its sunk position and its pulled-out position, and the second position that corresponds to configuration of instrument monostable condition, in which button may freely travel between its pulled-out and sunk positions. At the same time gripping mechanism comprises facilities for displacement pin connected to button between mentioned initial position and displaced initial position, when button is in pulled out position.
EFFECT: simplification and improvement of design reliability.
