SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a terminal interface and linkage which includes the terminal interface, which provide an interface between an electronic device and a service provider. The terminal interface contains at least a data interface made with possibility of connecting the terminal interface to an electronic device, a processing device which facilitates operation of a terminal device, and a modem which provides data exchange between the terminal interface and the terminal device, which is made with possibility of voice communication with a public land mobile network. The data processing device connected to the data interface and modem can also process data received either through the data interface or the modem, and generate data meant for transmission through the data interface and/or modem. Data are transmitted between the terminal interface and a service provide through the terminal device over a voice communication connection through a public land mobile network.
