The flavouring agent is represented by ginger and cinnamon. Components are taken in the following ratio, wt %: sugar - 13.03, margarine - 10.96, baking soda - 6.53, carbonammonium salt -0.51, invert syrup - 9.14. ginger - 13.05, cinnamon - 13.05, skimmed dry milk - 12.53. hot punch - 10.18, first grade wheat flour- balance.

EFFECT: enabled production of a product with higher quality rating, in particular - with good stability of shape, improved structural mechanical properties and pleasant taste.
