Moreover, the components are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: beet fiber - 5.0, soy fiber - 10.0, butter - 8.38, potato starch - 1.5, chicken egg - 4.5, baking powder - 0.4, cinnamon - 0.6, ginger - 0.6, natural honey - 9.0, sweet protein Thaumatin - 0.02, premium wheat flour - 60.0.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a finished product with functional and diabetic properties, as well as having high organoleptic characteristics.
