SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicines and concerns application of acid oligosaccharide and neutral oligosaccharide for preparing a composition used for treatment and/or prevention of disorder associated with immune system and occurring among mammals. The composition contains therapeutically effective quantity of acid oligosaccharide and neutral oligosaccharide, acid oligosaccharide obtained from pectin and alginate being of average polymerisation degree from 2 to 10; and neutral oligosaccharide belonging to the group which is constituted by fructooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, (transgalactooligosaccharides) and their mixtures. Also compositions for treatment and/or prevention of disorder associated with immune system and occurring among mammal are presented.
EFFECT: compositions presented in the invention enable synergetic stimulation of immune system, particularly through lessening Th2-response and enhancing Th1-response.
