FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry and medicine. Ozone diluted by gas, concentration of ozone is maintained at low level under conditions whereat inert gas solidifies. Ozone molecules containing 17O or 18O, ie stable isotope of oxygen, are subjected to photo stabilisation in stable and selective conditions to produce oxygen molecules. This allows efficient and continuous concentration of 17O or 18O in oxygen molecules. At the stage of ozone photo dissociation mixed gas containing CF4 and ozone is irradiated by light to selectively dissociate tagged ozone isotopologs, containing required oxygen isotope in ozone, into oxygen molecules. Produced mixed gas entrapped, oxygen molecules are separated from not dissociated ozone molecules and CF4 in mixed gas being entrapped by means of low-temperature dry distillstion. Oxygen isotopes are concentrated in separate oxygen molecules at the stage of oxygen isotopes concentration.

EFFECT: efficient and continuous concentration of isotopes in oxygen molecules.
