SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite dielectric materials coated with powder paint to be used various industries, e.g. production of construction materials. Proposed invention aims at producing composite material and products with dielectric base and coated with powder paint by electrostatic spray. For this dielectric material coated by powder paint comprises intermediate conducting layer made from high-molecular epoxy resin, solidifier and finely-dispersed metal powder and arranged between dielectric material and layer of powder paint.
EFFECT: high protective properties, bending and torsional strength and surface mechanical properties.
