SUBSTANCE: foot (1) is fixed on heating unit (2). Specified foot (1) includes network (11, 12) from at least 200 openings (10) for steam outlet having throughput section of less than 4 mm2. Cells of specified net have size of less than 10 mm. At least one strip (14) having width of more than 10 mm does not contain openings for steam exhaust, interrupts above-mentioned network (11, 12), passing through the latter.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
