FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rotor machine consists of cylinder case 1, of divided in halves rotor with blades, and of compression units performing reciprocal motions; compression units are made out of solid metal; they are equipped with compression rollers 17 at their ends and designed to perform oscillating rotations around proper axis. The compression units are equipped with syncronisers. The rotor is lengthwise divided in halves forming two semi-eccentric-blades 12 symmetrically spaced, installed eccentrically relative to the axis of case 1 and pressure tight adjoining its internal surface. Semi-eccentrics-blades 12 are secured on hollow power shaft 7 with slots 8; the rotating shaft is installed on stationary hollow shaft 5 with slots 6. When slots 8 and 6 of power and stationary shafts 7 and 5 coincide, pulse feed is supplied via the cavity of the stationary shaft.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of operation.
