FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for production of mix diesel fuel comprises body with nozzles for supply and drain of fuel arranged in the form of tight channel from several rectilinear sections, which are serially connected by bends to cavitation bodies installed inside each rectilinear section. On bends there are additionally vortex generators installed, being arranged in the form of cylindrical cavities with conical base, axis of which is perpendicular to axis of channel, and axes of rectilinear sections are arranged to each other at the angle of 121-200°. Device for production of mix diesel fuel comprises body with nozzles for supply and drain of fuel with tight channel from several rectilinear sections, with cavitation bodies installed inside each rectilinear section. Body comprises several tight channels. Every of which consists of several rectilinear sections joined by transitions. Inlets and outlets of neighboring sections are connected to each other. At the same time each section comprises several cavitation bodies, axes of which are perpendicular to channel axis. On transitions there are vortex generators installed, arranged in the form of cylindrical cavities with conical bases, axis of which is perpendicular to axis of channel. Device for production of mix diesel fuel comprises body with nozzles for supply and drain of fuel with tight channel from several rectilinear sections, with cavitation bodies installed inside each rectilinear section. Device comprises several tight channels, every of which consists of several rectilinear sections, inlets and outlets of channels are connected to each other and directed at the angle of 121-200° to each other, in points of channels crossing there are volume cavities installed with diametre D and cavitation bodies of diametre d with ratio and at channel bends there are vortex generators installed, being arranged in the form of cylindrical cavities with conical bases, axis of which is perpendicular to axis of channel. Volume cavities and cavitation bodies are arranged either in the form of cylinders, axes of which are perpendicular to axis of channel, or in the form of axisymmetric spheres.

EFFECT: production of mix diesel fuel with low power inputs and characteristics that satisfy standards of quality for motor fuel, suitable for use in internal combustion engines.
