FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: before paying for services, a buyer participates in a lottery under which buyers select the lottery version through a data input/output device and enter data which identifies the buyers themselves or another person or group of persons for whom the services will be paid. Information fields to be filled in by the buyers are displayed on an automatic machine and after filling in, the information is sent to an accounting device where it is processed. Results are displayed on a screen and also sent through external communication apparatus to the accounting device which accounts for the drawing result. Buyers select services from the following: payment for mobile telephone services, internet, cable television, housing and utility bills, as well as special taxes, tariffs, levies and fines. Winning results may be taken into account.
EFFECT: broader functionalities of non-cash payment automatic machines.
