FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: radio-electronic unit comprises heat generating elements, heat sinks, radiators with ribs installed on outer surface of block body wall, besides walls of body and/or ribs of radiators taken out through walls of body inside the block with the possibility of contact with heat generating elements, are arranged as inclined relative to the base of block body.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat scattering by reduction of resistance to air flow coming from surface of radiator, fast renewal of medium in cooling zone and minimisation of heat path from inner heat loaded zone to outer surface of block, while radio electronic block design is simplified.
