FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the design of electronic equipment. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the sealed radio-electronic assembly consists of a housing in the of secured walls and has two inlet round holes located on the left wall and two outlet round holes located on the right wall. Directly at the inlets inside the case, on the left wall, there is a pair of air-blowing fans, and on the right wall, directly at the outlets, there is a pair of exhaust fans. Walls with ribs are made inside the block housing on both sides, between the walls with installed fans and walls with ribs on both sides there are housing air ducts tightly fixed to them in form of a rectangular pipe with a partition inside, dividing the air flows created by each fan. On the walls with ribs there are rectangular air inlet and outlet holes, between the walls with ribs in the grooves there are functional units having groups of wedges with a screw on the outer sides, tightly adjoining the grooves. Functional units contain a heat-generating element in form of a printed circuit board with radio elements, in the lower part of which there is a cut-in connector, a radiator, which is the body of the functional unit, closed by a lid on the reverse side of the printed circuit board. On the radiator of each functional unit, an air duct is installed through the sealing rubber, with sealing rubbers at the ends, the size and shape of the inlet and outlet openings of the air ducts on the radiators of the functional units coincide with the inlet and outlet air rectangular holes on the walls with ribs. The place of installation of functional units in the assembly body is closed with a lid. All connections of the external parts of the assembly body are sealed and have a conductive connection.
EFFECT: ensuring high power dissipation and noise immunity while maintaining an airtight structure.
