METHOD FOR INTRODUCING PRESERVING SOLUTION IN VASCULAR SYSTEM OF EMBALMED CORPSE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A01N1/00

Abstract RU 2389183 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to methods for corpse embalming. A method for introducing a preserving solution in vascular system of an embalmed corpse involves feeding the preserving solution from a container through endotracheal tube in lungs at pulsation mode pressure. A metal shape-memory clamp is used on the right branch of a pulmonary artery. The endotracheal tubes are inserted into the right and left bronchial tubes. The lungs are filled with the preserving solution through both tubes with alternating feeding of the preserving solution into lungs at pressure 0.2 atm and air release from lungs until liquid start to be supplied in the container. The mixed preserving solution and cadaveric liquid circulate that is ensured by supplying the mixture from the feeding container through the endotracheal tube to the right lung with discharging the mixture through the endotracheal tube of the left lung in the receiving container. The mixture passing from the receiving container into the feeding container is filtered. While circulating, the mixture feeding system works in a pulsation and hydraulic shock mode at impact pressure 3.0 atm.

EFFECT: invention allows improving embalming quality, providing fast distribution of the solution in the entire corpse in sufficient volume and uniform concentration of the preservative.
