FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: technique is characterised by the fact that solution is supplied at pressure 0.5-1.0 atm. through puncture tube inserted to lumen of pachymeninx superior sagittal sinus through its interior wall using device designed as arc with ended cylinders. The first cylinder is threaded by internal surface and screw attached vertically to arc. It is mounted to calvarium in plane of sagittal sinus. The second cylinder furnished with puncture tube having 45°-shaped head and opposite hose pipe is fixed to arc in direction of the first cylinder lower end. It is mounted on the opposite side of one nasal ducts. Puncture tube is inserted to sagittal sinus through nasal ducts, ethmoid bone, brain mesolobus, and interior wall of sagittal sinus. Side face of is furnished with threaded hole for fixing screw. Curly bracket goes from the second cylinder providing upper jaw fastening.
EFFECT: easy and rapid introduction of conserving agent and reduced amount of conserving agent used.
