SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to manual diagnostics and treatment, and can be used for posttraumatic rehabilitation. The method includes positioning of the doctor fingers on bone reference points of the patients' head, palpation of cranial bones, physiological test for cranial ostectopy observed and an ostectopy type by positioning the doctor's left palm under occipital bone of the patient in dorsal position and fixing the occipital bone with a thumb and a forefinger, and a long finger and a ring finger and fixing a wing of basilar bone with the right thumb and forefinger, and long finger and ring finger. The bone mobility is detected by light periodic pressing to simulate approach of the occipital and basilar bones. The basilar ostectopy type and rotation are detected with correcting of ostectopy following diagnostics. Therefore, the left fingers fix the occipital bone as in diagnostics, the right hand fixes the wings of the basilar bone. Then the basilar bone is displaced by rocking upwards and/or downwards, to the right and/or to the left. Edges of the basilar and occipital bones are removed by rotations. The basilar bone is fixed in normal position.

EFFECT: method allows eliminating skull deformation.
