FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for massage and curative gymnastics, for the therapeutic and preventive massage performed by a professional and self-massage, including for cosmetology and anti-cellulite massages, and also in treating the patients with vertebral diseases. The massaging device represents an armchair and comprises a frame with fixed racks whereon there are pivotally mounted 'back-head' and 'hip' sections connected with the frame by the common pivot axis and mounted with varied inclination of sections in a vertical plane, and a 'foot' section. The hip section is presented with a rocking support comprising vertically parallel flanges with holders and bearing rollers. The rotatable bearing rollers are mounted on the axes rigidly fixed in the flanges; the foot section is composed of profile rollers mounted in pairs on rocking support arms. The support arms are mounted on vertical height-adjusted seats to be fixed, and the latter are mounted on levers, rotary in a horizontal plane to be fixed.
EFFECT: simplified design and enhancement of the massaging armchair.
