FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely concerns a drug for treating excretory pancreatic insufficiency. A drug for treating excretory pancreatic insufficiency which represents acid-fast protease with its amino acid sequence being identical to the sequence SEQ ID NO:1 at least by 95%. Application of said acid-fast protease for preparing the drug for treating excretory pancreatic insufficiency. A pharmaceutical composition containing said acid-fast protease, preferentially in the form of a solid concentrate, along with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable additive for treating excretory pancreatic insufficiency.
EFFECT: prepared drug is highly effective in treating excretory pancreatic insufficiency.
