SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used construction, chemical, food industries, etc. Proposed device comprises housing with cover, working tool made up of top and bottom disks, and vanes arranged between said disks on their periphery, spurious airflow killer, branch pipe to feed initial stock together with airflow, fine fraction-and-airflow discharge branch pipe arranged in said housing and communicated with working tool central part, coarse fraction discharge branch pipe furnished with unloading device and arranged at the device bottom, and working tool drive. Spurious airflow killer represents a branch pipe with collar arranged in classifier and aligned with working tool rotational axis. Is it also locked so that branch pipe upper part is located in the housing cover. Aforesaid collar is arranged above the housing cover. Branch pipe bottom part interacts with the working tool top disk.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced power consumption.
