FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to methods of producing sleeves with sub micro- and nano-crystalline structures. Hollow workpiece is produced with its inner surface to be processed by multiple axial reciprocation of male mould with simultaneous rolling and squeezing of outer surface in roller-type lower die. Roller-type lower die is rotated with angular speed of rotation equal to ωld. Note here that collet is rotated with constant speed of ωc=0,001ωld.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
