FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used at assembly of reducers and step-up gears. A tooth gear of the first step and driving tooth gear of the second step are installed in a case. On both sides of the case there are arranged bearing supports. Torsion shafts with process shafts screwed into them are installed in splines of the driven tooth gear of the first step and driving tooth gear of the second step on the side of an input shaft. A brake facility ensuring immobility of the output shaft is arranged on the flange of the output flange. Torque of 1.5-2.0 % value of nominal torque transferred with torsion shafts is created within 4-5 minutes on the input shaft by means of a torque spanner. Further the said torque is reduced to values (0…0.5) kgf m. Axial force equal to 8-10 kgf is applied to each process shaft together with a corresponding torsion shaft to check immobility of the torsion shaft. Process shafts are disassembled. Also at torsion shaft going out of the spline engagement with the tooth gear when the said axial force is applied, the torsion shaft is turned at least at one spline in the direction of torque application. Further the torsion shaft is again brought into spline engagement with the tooth gear and the said sequence of operations is repeated starting from creating torque at the input shaft to checking torsion shaft immobility.
EFFECT: increased resource of reducer or step-up gear.
