FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: dispensing cap represents one-piece molded polymer part. It comprises first tubular round cross section part with first radius to be jointed to fluid container, and second tubular round cross section part with second radius that is smaller than the first ones. Note that first end of first tubular part is jointed to first end of second tubular part by elastic ring-like web made integral with said parts. Said web has at least one fluid passage and its width equals the difference between said first and second radii or exceeds it. Note also that second end of second tubular part is closed. Extending circular first sealing edge is jointed to said web or to inner surface of first tubular part adjoining its first end. First and second tubular aligned parts can displace axially between open position whereat second tubular part stays outside first tubular part and fluid passages are not shut off, and second position whereat said first end of second tubular part is located in said first end of second tubular part. Sealing edge interacts with inner surface of first tubular part or web to prevent communication between fluid passage and inner space of first tubular part. Aforesaid second end of second tubular part has circular edge extending radially and having at least one fluid passage. Note that moulded part comprises also two semi-rings of semi-cylindrical shape. Top edge of every semi-ring is made integral with circular ledge and tightly jointed with it. Bottom edge forms sliding seal with first tubular part. Both side edges of one semi-ring form a seal with side edges of another semi-ring to produce fluid passage chamber communicated with fluid passages made in aforesaid web and circular ledge.
EFFECT: new design of dispensing cap that features high tightness, ease of use, prevention of fluid leaks.
