SUBSTANCE: invention relates to proportioning cover for simultaneous drain fo two different fluids in preset proportion. Proposed cover represents container neck cover to drain container content that tapers upward into straight concentric drain channel. Shut-off drain larger-diameter union is aligned with neck cover straight drain channel. Said union has ledge extending radially. Said ledge has support braces that rest on shoulder formed by taper. Open flow channel is arranged between said shoulder and drain union edge. Channels pass through support braces and radial ledge are communicated with cover inner space to make fluid flowing from outer container changes its direction at least two times before draining from cover outlet.

EFFECT: simultaneous drain.
