ASSEMBLY FOR FABRICATION OF COMPLETE SET OF ITEMS FOR PIPELINE AND COMPLETE SET FOR PIPELINES FABRICATED WITH THIS ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F16L9/00 F16L59/00 F16L59/16 B29C44/24 F16L43/00

Abstract RU 2389937 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: assembly for fabricating complete set of items for a preliminary heat-hydro-isolated pipeline consists of technological posts mounted on a foundation, successively arranged and communicated between them including those for fabrication of hydro-insulation; also the assembly consists of a post for preparing working pipes, for example metal ones, preferably out of steel, of a post of assembling a structure pipe-in pipe and of a post of filling solidificated compound body. Notably, the post of working pipes preparing consists of a section for shot blasting working pipe items with at least one installation for shot blasting processing working pipes starting from 200 mm diametre. The complete set of items for a heat-hydro-insulated pipeline consists of heat-hydro-insulated pipes fabricated with the disclosed assembly, of fittings, including heat-hydro-insulated Z and "П"-shaped element, diminishing pieces, bends and branches, for example T-joints, and also heat-hydro-insulated stop valves and couplings of hydro-insulation. Each heat-hydro-insulating item contains at least one working pipe, preferably, metal one, for example out of steel, one layer of hydro-insulation, in form of metal, preferably, steel casing or casing out of polymer or polymer containing material and one layer of heat insulation out of polyurethane foam. Heat-insulating material facilitates volumetric enclosing heat-hydro-insulating items with specific volume referred to a unit of useful volume of a running metre of a working pipe within range from 0.2 to 20; notably, volumetric enclosing with heat insulation grows quantitatively as external diametre of a working for example metal, preferably, steel pipe diminishes.

EFFECT: upgraded process simplification and efficiency of production of items for heat-hydro-insulated pipeline; maximal compactness.
