FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention assembly for fabrication of complete set of items for heat-hydro-insulated pipeline consists of process posts mounted on foundation, successively arranged and communicated between them; these posts form not less, than two process lines fabricating set of pipe-casings, pipe-work pieces for fittings: couplings, Z and "П"-shaped elements of pipelines, pipe diminishing pieces, branches, and also work pieces for couplings and for hydro-insulating multi-purpose accessories of pipelines within ranges from 700 to 1250 mm including partially shut-off internal range from 850 to 1050 mm. Also the assembly consists of the post for preparation of working pipes, for example metallic pipes, preferably, steel ones, of the post of assembling the structure pipe-in-pipe and of the post for pouring solidificated filling mixture. Mixture consists out of at least polyol component and isocyanate. At least one line additionally contains a system of start-up; while at least design of one line facilitates double corona electro-spark treatment. The complete set of items for the heat-hydro-insulated pipeline consists of heat-hydro-insulated pipes, of fittings including heat-hydro-insulated Z and "П"-shaped elements, of pipe diminishing pieces, of branches, for example T-joints, and also of heat-hydro-insulated shut-off accessories and couplings of hydro-insulation fabricated by means of the assembly. Each heat-hydro-insulated item is made with calculated density of a heat-insulating layer not less, than 60 kg/m3. Assembly of structures pipe-in pipe included to the complete set is performed not earlier, than in twenty four hours upon fabrication of hydro-insulation: pipe-casing or pipe-work piece for a fitting, of a work-piece for hydro-insulation for all purpose accessories.
EFFECT: design of integrated universal assembly uniting process posts facilitating integrated process for fabricating complete set of items for heat-hydro-insulated pipeline; increased process simplification and efficiency of items production for heat-hydro-insulated pipeline; maximal compactness; reduced heat losses.
