FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: burner device includes external housing with fuel supply atomisers and secondary air nozzles, which are installed in the housing, internal insert which is coaxially installed, and internal annular combustion chamber formed by them. Internal insert having the shape of a hollow tube with diametre of 40÷60% of the boiler body diametre and the lower end of which is opened inside the chamber, and the upper end which is also opened leads the insert to heat exchange part of the boiler, is suspended to annular chamber ceiling. In addition, lower end of internal insert is installed on a support inside the furnace and has openings located in lower part. Annular projection partially covering the annular chamber is installed in lower part of the furnace housing on its wall. Liquid fuel supply atomisers are installed in middle part of annular chamber; axes of atomisers in horizontal plane are 30 to 60 degrees with furnace wall. Secondary air nozzles are located in horizontal planes of atomisers approximately through 90 degrees from atomisers along the arc where horizontal plane crosses the furnace housing, and angles between axes of nozzles and walls of furnace at their location place are 30 to 60 degrees.
EFFECT: enlarging the area of furnace radiating surface and increasing fuel combustion stability, and increasing fuel combustion efficiency.
