FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for combustion of suspension fuels, including coal-water fuel, contains preliminary and secondary fuel combustion chambers with fuel pneumatic nozzles and blowing nozzles for air injection, fuel afterburner and flue gas cooling chamber, ash collector. Inner surface of preliminary and secondary fuel combustion chambers is made either of cylindrical shape, or in form of prism with number of faces of more than four, and afterburning and cooling chambers is made of conical shape, combustion chambers are interconnected by cylindrical channel or channel of rectangular cross section, in the lower central part of which there is a hole for discharge of slag into the ash collector; at that, the secondary fuel combustion chamber is located vertically.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure continuous removal of slag from muffle furnaces of the boiler, to increase quality of combustion of suspension fuels and reliability of the fuel combustion process in furnaces of boiler equipment, as well as to exclude formation of stagnant zones in fuel combustion chambers.
