FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry machine building, namely - to dough dividing equipment and may be used in bakery industry and other branches of industry. The suction dough divider consists of a bin, a suction chamber, two working pistons and a division mechanism. The dough divider works as follows. dough is delivered into the bin and from there - into the suction chamber as a result of backward movement of the first working piston. The second working piston forward movement results in separation of a dough portion from the dough bulk in the bin as well the dough delivery into the division mechanism. The second working piston forward movement causes the division mechanism to be filled with dough with the required working pressure generated in the mechanism. The division mechanism separates dough pieces from the dough bulk in the suction chamber and pushes them onto the conveyor. The working pistons jointly travel into extreme positions (the first one - forward, the second one - backward). The division mechanism returns to the initial position. The cycle repeats.
EFFECT: device design simplification.
