FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food additives that contain fish oil and to their production. Method provides for production of cream-like emulsion in inertial atmosphere according to "oil-in-water" type and supplying specified emulsion into disposable reservoirs of air impermeable material. Thus food additive is produced, which contains fish oil, dry milk, sweetener, flavours, antioxidants and preservatives.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce oxidation of fish oil, providing for production of more stable product.
