FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: round timber 1 is clamped and divided in sectors along its length. Sawn sectors are divided into sawn timbers in lengthwise direction and in plane perpendicular to sector angle bisectrix. Cutting plane is displaced by thickness of produced sawn timber. Slab parts are based relative to sawing surface and sawn in three planes. Sawn timbers with trapezoidal profile in cross section are turned through 180° relative to each other in horizontal and vertical planes and jointed together. Core parts of triangular section of adjacent sectors are turned through 180° relative to each other in horizontal and vertical planes and jointed together. Thicknesses and angles at larger bases of sawn timbers produced from slabs and sectors are equal. Produced sawn timbers are graded to geometrical parametres and in compliance with location with respect to radius sawn timber 1. After drying, sawn timbers are fastened together.
EFFECT: varying geometrical and quality parametres, increased yield, reduced scope of jobs.
