SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerostats. Proposed aerostat comprises frame, balloon envelope and power plant representing a nuclear reactor. Proposed aerostat comprises reactor active zone cooling system and bearing gas temperature control system. Reactor active zone cooling system comprises heat exchanger, first cooling circuit with circulation pump and second cooling circuit that serves to bleed heat from first cooling circuit and is furnished with circulation pump. Bearing gas temperature control system represents a system of pipelines furnished wit circulation pump connected to bearing gas envelope and passed through aforesaid heat exchanger.

EFFECT: higher safety.
