FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: viscosimetry device includes test fluid in a working gap between coaxial cylinders. Also the device includes mechanical mixer transmitting the rotary moment through the test fluid of certain viscosity to movable inner measurement cylinder. At that, on the outside around measurement cylinder and in contact with the surface of test fluid there installed is flat horizontal protrusion covering the working gap between cylinders. At that, side walls of coaxial cylinders below the protrusion are cone-shaped. At that, external wall of fixed cylinder round about and above protrusion is rectangular widened so that working gap is maintained.

EFFECT: enlarging the range, improving accuracy and diagnostic capabilities of viscosimetric measurements.
