SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and a method which establish connected relationship with a graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator, and are designed for reconstructing each surface in three dimensions so as to include content of a two-dimensional design drawing, converting a two-dimensional object into a three-dimensional object. Basic shapes of boxes are presented to the user. Dimensions which correspond to the shape of the box selected by the user are taken. Coordinate values of the design drawing are altered depending on the dimensions received from the user. The design drawing with altered coordinate values is presented to the user. A specimen made by the user is divided for conformity with surfaces shown on the design drawing. Three-dimensional coordinate values are established based on the coordinate values entered. The divided specimen is put onto the three-dimensional coordinate values, generating three-dimensional data.

EFFECT: design of a system which enables easy viewing of a design drawing of the shape of each packaging box without professional knowledge on the package.
