SUBSTANCE: invention relates to signaling systems. Property control complex comprising a module of terminal devices connected to an information storage and processing module associated with a decision module, further comprises a basic module for transmitting information to a server, on which it is stored and processed, individual modules located in the room and intended for collecting information from sensors of detecting various types of security threats and a reader of RFID-labels and a dallas lwire reader connected to them and transmitting the obtained information to the basic module, wherein basic information transmission module is connected to server via Internet, with possibility of using backup GSM channel, wherein the server is configured to send corresponding messages to the end user's smartphones and corresponding services over the installed mobile application means for exchanging information after processing and making the decision.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities owing to application of distributed system basic module.
