FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of valve-inductor generator involves production of magnetic conductors of stator and rotor by attaching and then pressing to packages the sheets of electrical steel with slots for winding, assembly of stator in generator housing, laying of windings to clots of sheets of stator magnetic conductor and their insulation in housing of generator, installation of rear cover of generator housing, installation of rotor with shaft to housing, installation of front cover of generator housing. Sheets of electrical steel are attached to each other by means of silicone lacquer. Attachment and further pressing to the package of sheets of electrical steel of magnetic conductor of rotor is performed on the shaft. During manufacture of magnetic conductors of stator and rotor there performed is their heat treatment. After windings and insulation are laid, there performed is silicone lacquer saturation and further heat treatment of generator housing.

EFFECT: improving reliability and service life of valve-inductor generator, improving manufacturability of its assembly process.
