SUBSTANCE: method for registration of users in system of mobile communication includes storage of primary and secondary identifiers that identify the first servicing controller in means of user information storage. Reception of request from servicing controller, which identifies servicing controller with application of primary and secondary identifiers. Comparison of primary identifier from means of user information storage with the primary identifier from specified request. And in case there is a discrepancy, comparison of secondary identifier from means of user information storage with the secondary identifier from specified request. At the same time, in case there is discrepancy between the secondary identifiers, conclusion is made that servicing controller identified in request is not the first servicing controller. And if there is compliance between the secondary identifiers, conclusion is made that servicing controller identified in request is the first servicing controller.
EFFECT: elimination of unnecessary deregistration procedures.
