SUBSTANCE: device and method are proposed for control of user confidentiality for network with identification of secured user plane "SUPL" location, comprising platform for location detection "SLP", using "SUPL", and terminal with support of "SUPL" (terminal "SET") that legalise confidentiality in compliance with location of "SET" terminal. At the same time, when "SET" terminal location is identified, platform for detection of location "SLP" (or centre of secured user plane positioning "SPC" in platform for detection of location "SLP") verifies settings of confidentiality in compliance with identified location. Further it requests the terminal user whether it is required to perform confidentiality settings, using message of "SUPL INIT" session initialisation, or message of notification about session "SUPL NOTIFICATION". And then it performs settings of confidentiality in compliance with these requests and responses transmitted in message of session "SUPL START" start, or in message with user legalisation "SUPL NOTIFICATION RESPONSE". Therefore, user confidentiality may be controlled in a more stable manner, notifying confidentiality settings in compliance with user location for user confirmation.
EFFECT: creation of confidentiality authorisation services, its control, in compliance with user location.
