SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to surgical instruments and can be used with a trocar lump. Lump sealer includes many segments of seal. Each segment of the sealer includes a peripheral edge and seam edge. At least the first sealer segment and the second seal segment are connected along their respective peripheral edges to form a first layer of sealant, having a seam formed by the seam edge of the first sealer segment and the seam edge of the second sealer segment. At least the third sealer segment and the fourth sealer segment are connected along their respective peripheral edges to form a second sealer layer with a joint formed by the seam edge of the third sealer segment and the seam edge of the fourth sealer segment. Seam of the sealer first layer has the first longitudinal axis, and seam of the sealer second layer has a second longitudinal axis, and the sealer first layer is oriented with respect to the sealer second layer in such a way that the first longitudinal axis is oriented at an angle with respect to the second longitudinal axis.

EFFECT: problems with voltage in direction of the circle/high-voltage common to the known sealers are eliminated.
