SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instruments for endoscopy, for open surgery and robotised surgery and can be used for carrying out procedure on patient. Trocar has hollow cannula with distal end and proximal end. Trocar also has body with distal end, fixed to proximal end of cannula, and with proximal end which has wall fixed to it. In the wall opening is made. Further trocar contains valve unit placed inside body. Valve unit contains first, in fact, rigid ring, second, in fact, rigid ring and multitude of placed in layers elastomer elements pressed between them. First ring has multitude of passing in distal direction protrusions extending from its distal surface, and second ring has multitude of passing in proximal direction protrusions extending from its proximal surface.

EFFECT: invention eliminates problem connected with edge hardenings, which leads to lower resistance and allows to apply considerably smaller peak efforts during instrument introduction and removal.
