FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: elaborated is an absorbing product with fixing means intended for fastening the product around the waist of a person who is wearing it. The product can be worn in configuration with fastening by means of a belt or in configuration of put on type. Provided are belt means which project in lateral direction beyond the back panel of the product. Fastening elements on the front panel can be fixed to the belt means in configuration of put on type. Detached means of the joint ensure possibility of the belt elongation in order to ensure fastening of the belt ends to each other around the waist of the person who is wearing the product with fixation by means of the belt.
EFFECT: product can have in fact constant or the same size both in configuration of put on type and in configuration with fixation by means of the belt.
