FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is developed an absorbent product with covering aids to be fastened around the user's waist. The product can be configured to be belted or to be put on. There are provided belt aids held aside along a back panel of the product. Disconnected joints enable to lengthen the belt either completely, or partially. Fasteners on the front panel can be attached to the appropriate belt aids as configured to be put wherein said belt aids are taken aside either partially or completely. The belt fastening configuration can be ensured when completely extending the configuration of the appropriate belt segments whereat belt ends can be attached to each other around the user's waist. The product can be essentially of a fixed or identical dimension as both configured to be put on, and belted.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing skin irritation and discomfort.
