FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shutoff valves and instrument making, in particular to valves, with availability of safety devices for measuring instruments. In ball plug valve with the medium separator the body is made in the form of a hollow straight line with two rounded facets of the prism equipped with through holes the axes of which are mutually perpendicular. On the side of each rounded face with the body one of the union and additional nozzle ends is connected accordingly. Inside the housing there is a stock equipped with a sphere placed between the support elements. Latter are installed in the appropriate bushing of the seat having possibility of contact with plate spring. At the same time on one end of the rod the control element is fixed, the second end of the stock is located in the passing plug, equipped with a through hole and fixed in the hole of the housing. Besides, the union and the additional union along the external and internal surfaces are made stepped. On the second end of the nozzle the barrel with possibility of movement is installed. Shell is equipped with a plug on one side and an opening on the other side. In the hole the washer is installed, having the possibility of contact with the membrane located in the ring. Second end of additional union has external thread. One of the stem stages has an outlet and connection holes. In the sphere there are interconnected holes the axes of which are located at an angle to the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: invention allows for safe replacement of pressure gauge, its protection against foreign bodies, reduced time for complete shutdown of medium, prevention of environmental pollution.
