FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pressure metal processing, particularly to dies for hollow part shaping out of tube stock, and can be applied in mechanical engineering in production of T-bends, adapters, steeply curved pipes. Die includes upper shoe with upper half-matrix, lower shoe and lower half-matrix. It features rectangular container attached to lower shoe, key and flat plates and levers. Levers are connected by joints with two key plates and one flat plate at top part. Lower half-matrix features slots and is mounted in rectangular container. It forms die impression together with upper half-matrix and key and flat plates. When pressed, one of the levers can shift key plate and wedge lower half-matrix. Other levers feature claws which can grip lugs in bracket. Flat and key plates feature claws gripping slots of lower half-matrix.
EFFECT: expanded production range of shaped hollow parts due to possible multiplication of pipe bends and extended dimensions of hollow parts.
