FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of welding materials used in manufacture of oil refinery equipment, in particular for making low-carbon barrier sublayer on hydrogen cracking reactor housings prior to antirust resurfacing aimed at increasing lifting resistance. Invention proposes welding material that contains the following components, in percent by weight: carbon - 0.01-0.02, silicon - 0.12-0.35, manganese - 0.40-0.70, chromium - 2.25-2.70, molybdenum - 0.85-1.1, titanium - 0.04-0.10, sulfur - 0.006-0.01, phosphorum - 0.006-0.01, arsenium - 0.001-0.01, antimony - 0.001-0.005, stannum - 0.001-0.005, and iron making the rest. Note here that (Cr+Mo+Ti)/C ratio does not exceed 365, and total content of As, Sb, Sn does not exceed 0.016. Lifting of built-up metal is ruled out and high strength and plasticity are ensured.
EFFECT: higher resistance against temper brittleness.
