FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for welding structures made from alloyed thermostable chromium-molybdenum steels operated at 450°C. Electrode core is made from alloyed steel with limited amount of non-ferrous admixtures, sulphur and phosphorus. Coat applied on electrode core comprises the following components, wt %: marble - 25-40, blue john concentrate - 20-33, quartz sand - 10-15, ferrotitanium - 5-10, ferrosilicon - 4-5, ferromanganese - 3-5, titanium dioxide - 5-20.
EFFECT: seam metal with lower critical brittleness temperature, higher welding properties, ruling out pores in seam metal.
